純心中学校　英語暗唱弁論大会が実施されました！

On July 6, 2019, the Junshin Junior High Recitation Contest was held. Several parents and all of junior high students and teachers came to watch. This year’s judges were three professors of Junshin University and Nagasaki University. First, ten 1st graders gave a short recitation on one of three stories: Rabbit on the Run, Little Red Riding Hood, or The Big Carrot. Then, ten 2nd graders retold one of three Disney stories: Cinderella, Aladdin, or Rapunzel. Finally, ten 3rd graders gave their speech about their future dreams, titled, My Road to the Future. In each grade, top three students were commended.  Congratulations to the winner! Everyone practiced hard and did their best and it was a successful contest. We wish junior high students’ the best of luck next year!

7月6日(土)午前、中学校英語暗唱弁論大会がロザリオ館5階ホールで行われました。長崎大学と長崎純心大学から3名の審査員の先生方をお招きし、中学生全員と教師、それに数名の保護者の方の前で、クラス予選を勝ち抜いた30名が熱弁を振いました。前半は暗唱部門、まず1年生10名が“Rabbit on the Run” “Little Red Riding Hood” “The Big Carrot”という3題目から、続いて2年生10名は“Cinderella” “Aladdin” “Rapunzel”の3作品から暗唱を披露しました。後半の弁論部門で3年生は “My Road to the Future”(私の未来への道)というテーマでスピーチを行いました。審査の結果、各学年上位3名が表彰されました。おめでとうございます。皆ベストを尽くしすばらしい大会となりました。今後の中学生の更なる努力と成長が期待されます。
